Where can I get the app?
STILL Social has not launched publicly. The download pages will link to the official App Store and Google Play listings when they are ready.
Why do I sign in again?
STILL opens each social website in its own in-app browser. Your native social app login is separate, so you may need to sign in to that website again. Use the service’s username and password flow; popup-based social sign-in may not work.
A social feature looks different or is missing. What should I do?
The Lens uses the platform’s website, so it can differ from the native app. Some surfaces are deliberately filtered. Check the supported-app page for what stays and what is removed. Social website updates may temporarily affect filters.
Why doesn’t my schedule change immediately?
After you first use a Lens, changes that loosen daily limits generally wait until tomorrow. Strict mode can make these boundaries firmer. Parent changes in Pro Family mode apply immediately on the child’s device.
Can I use STILL in a desktop browser?
The full Lens filtering experience is being developed for Android and iOS. Web and Windows builds currently show the control layer, not the full filtered social browsing experience.
