In the app
Open Still Social, go to Account, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete this account. Confirm the prompt. Deletion happens immediately and signs you out.
Without the app
Send an email from the address on your account to hello@lfxtech.net with the subject “Delete my Still Social account”. We reply to confirm and delete the account within seven days. We can only act on requests from the account’s own email address.
What is deleted
Your account, email address and identifier; your plan and purchase state held by us; your referral code and referral records; any family you own, including every linked child and pending invite; your membership of a family if you were a linked child.
What is not affected
An active subscription bought through Google Play or the Apple App Store keeps renewing until you cancel it in your Google or Apple account, so cancel there first. Settings and usage history stored on your phone are removed by uninstalling the app. Your Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook, Snapchat and TikTok accounts belong to those platforms and are not changed.
Unlinking a child instead
If you only want to stop a family link, open Family in the app and remove the child, or ask the parent to. The child keeps their own account.
