Can I use Instagram without Reels?
Yes. Open Instagram inside STILL Social to keep messages, posts and profiles while Reels and Explore are hidden. Plus adds a Messages only mode and a switch to hide Stories.
Does STILL Social change my existing social apps?
No. You open your socials inside STILL Social and sign in to your existing accounts. It does not modify the native Instagram, YouTube or other social apps. For stronger boundaries, remove those native apps or combine STILL Social with your phone’s built-in screen-time controls.
